Accessibility Statement.

Our current accessibility target, the measures verified in the public site, and how to get help or provide feedback.

Effective September 1, 2026 · Last updated October 1, 2026

This page describes Devincio’s current website practices in plain language. It is not legal advice and does not replace review by Devincio or qualified counsel.

Motion and reading

Reduce decorative motion without hiding content. Your device’s reduced-motion setting is always respected.

Motion preference

Motion follows your device setting. Only this display preference is saved in this browser when storage is available. Reset removes the saved choice.

No form details or disability information are saved with this setting, and it is not sent to analytics.

You can also pause the Commercial map beside the figure, or open “Read all workplace zones” for its full text alternative.

Use your browser’s zoom or text-size settings to enlarge text. Browser and device settings can also adjust colors, contrast, and motion; this site does not replace those controls.

Commitment and target

Devincio is working toward making this website usable by as many people as possible. Our current accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

This is an ongoing target, not a statement of certification or conformance. The site has not been represented as independently audited, and a target does not mean every page or feature currently meets every WCAG success criterion.

Measures in the current site

Current implementation and review work includes the following measures:

  • a “Skip to main content” link available when navigating by keyboard;
  • semantic page landmarks, heading structure, labels, descriptions, and status announcements for the public forms;
  • keyboard access and visible focus indicators for menus, links, controls, and form fields;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images and empty alternatives for decorative images;
  • responsive layouts that are designed to avoid horizontal overflow on narrow screens; and
  • a motion preference here as well as support for the device’s reduced-motion setting.

These measures are implementation features, not a guarantee that every user or assistive technology will experience every page in the same way.

Known limitations and ongoing review

Accessibility review continues as pages, editorial content, diagrams, forms, and third-party services change. Complex visual diagrams, custom interactive controls, embedded or linked third-party experiences, and externally loaded fonts may not provide the same experience in every browser, device, or assistive technology.

Automated checks cannot identify every barrier. We welcome feedback from people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification, or other assistive technology so we can prioritize practical improvements.

Our current review covers public navigation, motion preferences, the Commercial map’s text alternative, and the Project, Support, and Careers forms. It includes automated and browser checks, not independent certification. Actual screen-reader and real-device combinations have not all been tested.

Feedback and alternate access

If you encounter a barrier, please contact support@devincio.com or 847.830.8120. To help us understand it, include:

  • the page address and what you were trying to do;
  • the barrier you encountered; and
  • the browser or assistive technology involved, if you know it.

Please do not include passwords or other sensitive credentials.

If a form, document, or page is difficult to use, tell us what information or action you need. We will work with you through the shared email or phone channels to provide an alternate way to continue the conversation or obtain the relevant information. We do not make a fixed response-time promise, but accessibility feedback is reviewed as part of ongoing site work.
