Annual Care Programs

Annual technology care. A system that stays cared for.

Compare Essentials and Preferred for ongoing care. Start with what both plans cover, then compare response and included work against your system’s needs.

Service area: Devincio is based in Northbrook, Illinois, and serves clients throughout the United States. Sharing the project location helps the team discuss fit and the right coordination approach.

The shared promise

What both plans include.

These four commitments apply to both plans. Compare the plan-specific response and on-site allowances below.

Same-day telephone response

Both plans promise a same-day telephone response, seven days a week — a real person who helps sort out what is wrong and what happens next.

Remote system visibility

Continuous remote checks help identify network and automation issues, often before they become disruptions.

Eligible remote updates

Eligible firmware (the software inside your devices) updates — including supported Ubiquiti and Crestron platforms — are handled remotely when the system's configuration allows.

On-site care when needed

When hardware needs hands, on-site service is arranged under the applicable plan and service agreement.

From that shared foundation, the two plans answer one question differently: how much of the work should already be included?

Two plans

Essentials and Preferred.

Both plans start from the shared promise above. They differ in how much on-site and programming work is already included.

Annual care program

Essentials

Dependable care. Clear support.

A focused annual plan built on dependable remote stewardship — with professional on-site service arranged and billed as it's needed.

In addition to the shared promise

  • On-site response targeted within 48 business hours, during the plan's service window (Monday–Friday business hours)
  • Continuous remote system health monitoring
  • Eligible Ubiquiti and Crestron firmware updates handled remotely
  • On-site service billed as it's used — no visit happens without a reason

Consumer-device updates that require a visit are handled as on-site service.

How support works

How we assess a support issue.

When secure remote access is available, we check the system first. If hardware needs attention, an on-site visit follows the applicable plan and service agreement.

  1. Call or write, any day

Call or send a support request. A real person listens, sorts out what is affected, and sets the path forward.

  2. Remote first (where possible)

If your system is set up for secure remote access, we check its health from our end first. Many issues resolve without anyone coming to your door.

  3. On-site when it matters

If hardware needs attention, a technician is dispatched under your plan's response standard — and the work is documented.

  4. A system that stays known

Every intervention updates your system's baseline, so the next conversation starts from an accurate picture.

A few honest boundaries and answers, before you ask.

Good to know

The fine print, in plain language.

Important boundaries: Hardware replacement outside the manufacturer's warranty is billed separately. "Remote first" means we can only work from our end when your system is set up for secure remote access; anything that needs hands on equipment is an on-site visit under your service agreement. This page is an overview; the scope, rates, response standards, and final terms for your system are established in that agreement.

Common questions.

What do the plans cost?
Every system is different, so plans are priced individually based on the scope, complexity, and age of your system. Start a conversation and we'll prepare a tailored proposal.
What can actually be done remotely?
Remote monitoring, troubleshooting, and eligible firmware and programming updates — depending on your system's configuration and network access. Work that requires hands on hardware is handled on-site.
We didn't build the system. Can it still be covered?
Often, yes. For inherited systems we begin with a comprehensive evaluation of hardware health, wiring integrity, and network stability before proposing a plan.
