This page describes Devincio’s current website practices in plain language. It is not legal advice and does not replace review by Devincio or qualified counsel.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide when you use the Start a Project, Request Support, or Careers form. A project inquiry can include your name, email address, optional phone number, project context, project stage, selected areas of interest, optional location, project description, and preferred contact method.
A support request can include your name, email address, optional phone number, optional site or client name, urgency level, issue summary, and preferred contact method. Please do not send passwords, access credentials, payment-card details, or other information that is not needed to describe your inquiry.
If you apply to work with Devincio through the Careers page, an application can include your name, email address, optional phone number, area of interest, the role you applied for (if any), optional location, a summary of your experience, an optional link to a resume, portfolio, or LinkedIn profile, and preferred contact method. The careers form does not accept file uploads.
The website and its hosting infrastructure may also process routine request and device information needed to deliver pages, protect the service, troubleshoot errors, and keep the site working. We do not use that information to build an advertising profile.
How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- review a project or support request and understand its context;
- review a career application, consider you for current or future openings, and contact you about the hiring conversation;
- contact you using the details and preference you provide;
- coordinate a preliminary consultation or support conversation;
- maintain an operational record of the conversation; and
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
A form submission begins a conversation. It does not by itself create a project, service agreement, or other contract.
Where information goes
Submitted records are stored in the application’s PostgreSQL database and can be viewed by authorized Devincio staff who handle inquiries and support. The website and database run on hosting and infrastructure services used to operate the application.
After a submission is saved, the application relays a notification through Gmail so the Devincio team can review it. Gmail and the infrastructure providers involved in hosting, database operation, delivery, logging, or support may process information on Devincio’s behalf. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
On published releases where Replit analytics is enabled, Replit-hosted analytics may collect pageviews and a limited set of custom events so Devincio can understand which high-intent journeys lead to project inquiries, support requests, care-plan interest, partner-offering exploration, and career applications. Custom event properties are limited to categories such as project type, urgency, plan, opening or team, contact preference, and page location. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, user-entered locations, messages, resumes, profile links, or other free-form form content to analytics.
Replit's own privacy policy describes how Replit handles information for its services.
Fonts and browser technologies
The site requests the Outfit, Playfair Display, and Space Mono typefaces from Google Fonts. That means your browser makes requests to Google servers for the stylesheet and font files. Google’s own policies govern information it processes through those requests.
The public pages do not use local or session storage for form data. The optional reduced-motion choice is stored locally in this browser when storage is available. Resetting to the device setting removes that saved choice. This display preference is not sent to analytics and is not used to infer disability information. The internal submissions view uses temporary browser session storage for its administrative access session; it is not a public site feature.
Standard browser controls can block third-party font requests, though the typography may then fall back to an available system font.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and support records for as long as they remain useful for responding, delivering support, managing an ongoing relationship, resolving disputes, meeting business needs, or complying with legal obligations. Career applications are stored separately from client records and are kept on file for consideration against future openings unless you ask us to remove yours.
We have not adopted a single public fixed retention period for every type of record.
The administrative submissions view is protected by an access key, and access is intended for authorized staff. Devincio works to use reasonable safeguards and service providers appropriate to the information handled. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free, and this notice does not promise a particular security control or guarantee.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit a form, and you can contact us directly instead. You may ask us to provide a copy of information you submitted, correct inaccurate information, or delete a submission. Depending on the request and applicable requirements, we may need to verify that the request is yours before acting.
To make a privacy request, contact support@devincio.com or 847.830.8120 and describe the request. You may also write to Devincio at 3182 Mac Arthur Blvd, Northbrook, IL 60062. There is no fixed response-time promise in this notice; we will review the request and communicate as appropriate.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the forms. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the website, forms, service providers, or practices change. The effective and last-updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before or when they take effect where appropriate.
Questions about this policy or a privacy request can be sent to support@devincio.com or 847.830.8120. Devincio is located at 3182 Mac Arthur Blvd, Northbrook, IL 60062.
